Reversing Heart Disease – Book Review

I chanced upon this book at my uncle’s place, who was a GP. I read it in my early 20s.

Learned how to think, breathe, inter-relate, eat, and exercise in the best interest of my heart’s health. Get ready to read genuine science. Get ready to read that you need to stretch and meditate. Get ready to believe that you can take care of your heart.

This book essentially propounds what the eastern mysticism had been proposing forever. No-fat diet. Better Diet. Exercise. Meditate.

This book gives hope to a lot of heart patients or people who have some sort of coronary heart disease.

Simply written. We can easily perceive diets as super stringent. Eye opening at an early age.
