The Decision Book: Fifty Models for Strategic Thinking- Book Review

THE DECISION BOOK- BOOK REVIEW
4.6/5

A beautifully written, concise book covering all the topics related to decision models which are quite useful in both personal and professional life. Each page of this book contains different decision models, making it a reference book that you can use in everyday life.

The book is easy to read, comprising 50 different decision models. It covers each model in 2 to 3 pages. The best thing is that they all models are graphically illustrated also for a better understanding. I think the author wants to give it a personal touch with by encouraging people to scribble on the book. The book is divided into 4 sections of the strategic design processing model. They are:

1. How To Improve Yourself

2. How To Understand Yourself Better

3. How To Understand Others Better

4. How To Improve Others

At the end of the book, it graphically draws 2 lessons to let the reader understand the idea behind them. It took me a few days to read the book.

Don’t rush through this book. Read and then reflect.
